Welcome to All Day CrossFit Nutrition! Oftentimes, people eat healthy, but they don't know what to eat or how much to eat to achieve their goals. In this program, you will develop a nutrition plan specific to your goals! Not only will this program help you develop great nutrition, but you will also have support from our coaches and peers.

ADCF Nutrition packageĀ 

Cost: Included with any active All Day CrossFit membership
What you get:

  • Introductory Nutrition Consultation to determine your health goals
  • Access to ADCF nutrition blog which will cover various topics of information to assist in reaching your goals
  • Access to the ADCF nutrition Facebook group for support from your coaches and peers
  • One complimentary body composition measurement provided by ADCF and a spreadsheet to keep track of your progress [OPTIONAL: $5.00 for each additional follow up measurement]
  • Macronutrient numbers customized specifically for you, updated monthly as you lose/gain weight
  • [OPTIONAL: $10.00 per month] WEEKLY macros available to ensure you hit your goals as quickly as possible

  • Package of 6 or 16 weekly 45 minute nutrition counseling sessions with Larissa Perales to update progress and review recipes for the week.
  • WEEKLY macro number updates to ensure you hit your goal as quickly as possible
  • WEEKLY body composition measurements to keep track of your progress
  • Customized meal plan matched with your macros
