Welcome to All Day CrossFit Nutrition! Oftentimes, people eat healthy, but they don't know what to eat or how much to eat to achieve their goals. In this program, you will develop a nutrition plan specific to your goals! Not only will this program help you develop great nutrition, but you will also have support from our coaches and peers.
About Larissa Perales:
Larissa was introduced to CrossFit in 2012 when her brother, Nick, began using CrossFit as part of his rehabilitation and recovery. Instantly she knew this was something great. CrossFit was the gateway to Larissa’s journey in helping people to become the best version of themselves through health and fitness. Larissa graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer. After graduation she moved to Los Angeles, CA to further her career in personalized nutrition along with coaching CrossFit classes at Signature CrossFit. Larissa believes proper nutrition and fitness is about balance, consistency and loving yourself.
