I have been going to All Day CrossFit for almost two years now. I am in the best shape of my life because of it. The owner, JC, coaches many of the classes and is very passionate about helping people get in better shape. He knows how to motivate each individual person a different way, and teaches by example. He is a great coach all around. The people at the box are also awesome and very welcoming. If you are new to the box, you won’t feel like it for long as everyone will make you feel very welcome!
I love All Day CrossFit! I started there about 4 months ago with no CrossFit experience after trying out another CrossFit gym that didn’t give me the instruction I was looking for on how to correctly do all the lifts. The coaches are great, and you get a ton of personal attention and help. Nick is the head coach, and he does an awesome job of focusing on form and encouraging you to push yourself appropriately. The atmosphere is great, and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to get into CrossFit or an experienced CrossFitter looking to try out a new gym!
I have been a member of boxes in Virginia as well as Louisiana and now am at All Day. The personal attention and the family atmosphere of this box are second to none.
